The Phoenix Dragons are a professional inline hockey team based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. They are members of the Southwest Division of the Western Conference of the Professional Inline Hockey Association (PIHA). They are currently the defending Founders Cup champions.[1]
As of the 2009 season the Phoenix Dragons are part of the Southwest division of the AIHL. The Dragons are winners of the southwest division of the AIHL in 2010.
The Phoenix Dragons of the AIHL have several players who have qualified for Team USA...2008-09 players Josh Larricha and Danny Marmorstein both played for Team USA winning a gold medal in Italy at the men's world championships in 2009. Allison Era is a 3 time member of Team USA winning a gold medal in Italy in 2009. Allison was joined by Court Render in 2010 to represent Team USA at the women's world championships in the Czech Republic.
